Delax Beauty: a calmer path from treatments to booking.

Explore 9real’s Delax Beauty website redesign preview: facial-led service information, a readable mobile layout and links to the salon’s existing booking service.

A redesign project, shown as a design preview. This walkthrough explains 9real’s design work. It does not claim that the salon adopted this preview as its official website. Treatment prices and offers shown in the screens belong to the preview and are not verified current salon information.

The design task

The redesign brings facial treatments, supporting service information and the booking action into a clearer hierarchy. The goal was to make the next step easier to identify while keeping the treatment information readable.

9real’s role shown here is the website redesign. This page describes the design decisions visible in the preview; it does not report booking increases, customer feedback or measured business outcomes.

1. Lead with the treatment focus.

The homepage places the facial treatment introduction before supporting information. A visitor can first understand the main treatment focus, then use the service navigation to explore other options.

The transferable design decision is to prioritise the service a visitor needs to assess, rather than presenting every message with equal emphasis.

2. Keep the mobile reading path clear.

The mobile layout stacks the introduction, service information and booking action into a readable sequence. The screenshots show the layout at a smaller size; they do not establish a complete accessibility audit or measured customer behaviour.

3. Point to the existing booking service.

Prominent booking links direct visitors towards the salon’s existing Fresha booking service. The redesign gives that next step a clear place without claiming that a new booking system was built.

What would need checking before a launch?

  • The business approves current services, treatment descriptions, prices, offers and image permissions.
  • Navigation and booking destinations are checked on phones and computers.
  • Keyboard access, image descriptions, loading behaviour and contact actions are tested.
  • Any later performance claims use an agreed baseline and verified results.

Only design work is evidenced here. No conversion uplift or testimonial is claimed.
